Bitterroot Lake is an easy half hour drive west from Kalispell, Montana off Hwy 2 and up Pleasant Valley Rd.  Bitterroot lake is about 2,969 acres in surface area with an average depth of 114 feet at an elevation of 3,998 feet.  The gentle shoreline of Bitterroot Lake property is dotted with cabins and upscale lake homes and would be considered relatively developed real estate. There is generally only a handful of homes or property for sale at any one time.
